The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.
Our Retail Services team partners with retail merchants to issue private label credit cards to consumers for use at their store. It's one of the largest entry points for new households into Wells Fargo.
You will be taking inbound calls from our Dillard's credit card holding customers who have questions regarding their account or their statement.
The environment is very structured and the position would include a 4-week mandatory paid training period starting June 29, 2015
The training schedule is M-F 8-4:30, no absences.
Once you have completed training you will be assigned one of the 40 hour per week fixed schedules below somewhere during the operating hours of 5:30am - 12:00am Sunday -- Saturday.
English Schedule 1 Tuesday & Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Thursday 1:00pm-9:30pm, Friday 11:30am-8:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm (Sunday & Monday off) Schedule
2 Sunday 11:30am-8pm, Monday 1pm-9:30pm, Tuesday 11:30am-8pm, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am-5pm (Friday & Saturday off) Schedule
3 Tuesday 9:30am-6:00pm, Wednesday 1pm-9:30pm, Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8am-4:30pm (Sunday & Monday off)
Spanish Bilingual Schedule 1 Tuesday - Saturday 5:30am-2pm (Sunday & Monday off)
Bilingual Schedule 2 Sunday & Monday 3:30pm-12am, Tuesday - Thursday 11:30am-8pm (Friday & Saturday off)
1+ years experience interacting with people or customers and 6+ months experience using a computer as demonstrated through work, military, or education experience. Demonstrated ability to listen and elicit information effectively. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experienced PC skills including ability to troubleshoot common problems and navigate the internet/intranet.
