A large healthcare company is looking for Customer Service reps to perform the following duties:

Drive higher retention rate of assigned group of new patients in their first 6 months healthcare monitoring through dynamic outbound calls at various points of therapy and inbound calls related to:
o Product education
o Patient assessments
o Additional factors such as diet, exercise and lifestyle
o Goal setting, barrier identification and coaching

This call center environment involves coaching, mentoring, current patients and outbound calls. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or 8 years of customer service/call center experience. Positions are long term to hire.
