About this job
Inbound high volume customer service call center.
Basic Functions:
Credit /Debit Card activations & deactivations
Online password resets
Fraud verification and basic customer service.
Qualifications:
* HS Diploma / GED required
* Must be a minimum 18 yrs
* 1 yr of customer service experience
* Financial service, fraud experience preferred
Need to be available to work:
10-6pm shift Tuesday - Saturday.
Sunday, Monday are off days.
