About this job
Seeking indivuduals with a customer service background for a contract to hire opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Cross-selling services and sharing product knowledge
- Building strong, long-term relationships with members in a professional, efficient, courteous manner
- Responding accurately to member inquires by telephone
- Identifying referral opportunities
Full time for first month of training, then open to part-time there after (20-40 hrs weekly)
Hours of operation M-F 7:30am-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm
Testing is required!
