Job Descriptions:

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives English and/or French for our Fishers, IN location. This position requires fluency in English and French and 2 years of previous experience in a contact center or call center environment preferred. In this role the Customer Service Representatives are first point of contact for customers. You will use your excellence customer service skills to assist with inbound calls from diabetic consumers that use the diabetic blood glucose medical device accu- chek meter manufactured by our client Roche Diagnostic's.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

Recent college graduates with a Bachelor's degree welcome to apply.

2 years prior customer service experience contact or call center highly prefer.

English and/or bilingual fluently in English and French skills required.

Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our Diabetic Consumer.

Answer incoming calls and provide timely responses to inquiries.

Provide excellent customer service to consumers.

Ability to Troubleshoot, provide technical support, and educate the consumers on the effective use of the diabetic blood glucose meter.

Must demonstrate the ability to multitask and focused attention to detail required.

Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills required.

Customer Care Representatives must have the proven ability to meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) metrics required.

Customer Service Representatives must demonstrate the proven ability to professionally receive developmental and positive feedback/coaching from team QA coaches and supervisory staff.

Strong technical aptitude.

Computer and keyboard proficient, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Internet and other software's.

Ability to meet and retain twelve weeks of training; competency testing requirements.
