The Global Resiliency and Crisis Management team ensures that the firm has the right resiliency plans to maintain key business processes, systems, and support functions. Business Resiliency proactively anticipates various disruptive circumstances such as severe weather, wildfires, technology outages, loss of power or telecommunications, flooding, transportation strikes, loss of access to a building, terrorist threats, loss of water services, and other disruptions.
The Crisis Management Team plans, prepares and responds to events or incidents that have a direct or potential impact to JPMC assets, employees and/or reputation. Such incidents and/or events will be monitored, tracked and reported on to affected LOBs, corporate support groups and senior management worldwide.
The analyst will:
Assist in the preparation and execution of resiliency test and validations
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Updating and standardizing the GRCM policies, procedures and other key documents.
Support the preparation of GRCM metrics and reports, including analyzing incidents/events, issues and action plans, project updates, testing schedules, etc.
Support the implementation of key initiatives, including firmwide resiliency tool RDMS, global notification system GENT, and training initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
