About this job
As an Accounting Operations Assistant Accountant at PepsiCo, you will be a key Finance contact for the North American Nutrition (NAN)Marketing Equipment Team.
Manage NAN Cooler Equipment Fixed Assets
Track Capital Projects NAN Cooler Equipment Procurement
Monitor 21 SGA Cost Centers to ensure completeness and correctness related to periodic activity; investigate unusual activity
Complete standard and ad hoc journal entries to support NAN Cooler business; monitor related intercompany charges/billings ensuring completeness and correctness
Perform period and quarter close activities and reporting for NAN cooler team
Manage periodic CDSD warehouse inventory reconciliation resolving open issues in a timely manner
Manage cooler trackers ensuring system parity
Execute NAN Equipment Cooler Warranty process
Perform Annual Warehouse Audits and equipment field audits
Ensure procedures related to key controls are performed, documented and retained
Ad hoc analysis and projects as they arise
Qualifications:
1+ years Accounting /related experience
Self-starter with ability to manage competing projects in time constrained environment
Experience with SAP preferred
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Access
Proven analytical and problem solving capabilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced matrix organization
Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility with regard to ad-hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility and organizational change
