Inside Sales of After-Market Automobile Parts* - Full-time / Part-time

Automation Personnel Services is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales position with experience in After-Market Automobile parts in Bessemer, AL. This is a Temp-to-Hire position with a pay range of $35-42K/year salary depending on experience.

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a professional environment. This position will start out as a Customer Service role and will quickly evolve into an Inside Sales position. Warm leads will be given by the client to make outbound solicitation calls based on a lead system along with previous clients. Job duties and responsibilities vary.

Requirements include:
Mechanically inclined in regards to automobiles.
Must have car knowledge, and be able to speak car language with other enthusiast.
Prefer previous automobile sales of aftermarket parts but not required.
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office (Be able to sit down and create a spreadsheet with charts from scratch after being given data)
Must be able to think out of the box in ways to approach customers and in sales
