Accounting Manager
Description:
Manage accounting functions and prepare reports and statistics detailing financial results. Establish and maintains accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. Supervise professional and clerical accounting employees.
Specific projects include month-end activities, internal reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, assistance in preparation and review of annual budget, assessing staffing requirements and improving processes within the Accounting Department and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting or business and 5+ years relevant experience.
Knowledge of GAAP. Ability to manage multiple individuals and multi-step projects. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
