Kapolei, HI - Macy's Logistics: Advance Receiving Office Support Processor, Part Time, Monday-Saturday as needed - Part-time

Overall Purpose of Position:

Responsible for the scheduling of inbound freight, communicating with carriers, vendors and merchants to ensure receipt integrity. Responsibilities also include keyrec generation, disposition and integrity for both manual and system generated keyrecs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Appointment scheduling for incoming freight
• Pre-keyadding from carrier documents and provide disposition
• Identifying ASNs and 214s to maximize usage.
• Notification of ASNs and 214s which may contain errors prior to receipt.
• Prepare packages for the following day's receipt.
• Any other function management deems essential

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in the disposition of all keyrecs; manual and system generated

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• Thorough knowledge of FSG systems including; FedFLO, receiving, purchase order, trailer management, ship notice, manifesting and accounts payable.
• PC knowledge
• Prior DC experience

Communication Skills

• Must be able to follow instructions
• Must have effective communication skills for setting appointments and problem solving with vendors/carriers.

Mathematical Skills

• Adds, subtracts, divides and multiplies in all units of measure, using whole numbers, decimals and fractions

Physical Demands

• Arrives ready to work at scheduled time
• Is flexible in daily work schedule (e.g., around meals and breaks, and about staying beyond normal work hours when needed).
• Lifts and moves items weighing up to 25 pounds.
