About this job
Responsibilities:
- Checking in, performing quality reviews, and sorting, in numerical order, customer files when they arrive at Capital One Auto Finance from origination
- Ability to identify documents required for legal retention
- Pulling files from Vault at the time of payoff or charge off
- Satisfying file and image requests from multiple sources, reports, people, and other internal arenas
- Scanning documents to assign images to customer accounts in
- Strictly adhering to processes, procedures and policies
- Being flexible as business needs may require
- Must be dependable, prompt and possess reliable transportation
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks at one time with a balance of speed and accuracy
- Must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail
- Must be able to organize and sort - in numerical order - 7 digit color coded numbered folders
- Must be able to meet and maintain accuracy and efficiency standards set forth for all job duties.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
