Commission AdministrationAdminister commission plans, implement best practices across our Global Sales organization and partner with Finance, Sales Leaders and other members of Sales Operations.Monitor and report on Sales Force sales and quota attainment for the purpose of commission payment and reporting (inclusive of SPIFF management).Work with Finance and Human Resources on data related to compensation and commission structures including standardization of commission statements. Job Requirements Sales Analysis & Other Administrative Functions Assist with pipeline, sales reporting and analytics. Analyze trends, patterns or gaps and make recommendations accordingly. Partner with SalesForce.com (SFDC) and key business partners across the sales organization to develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards. Extract data from SalesForce.com (SFDC) for analysis. Report regularly to sales management. Maintain Sales organizational charts and territory maps to ensure alignment and visibility to the organization. Assist with putting presentation decks together (specifically charting and graphing historical data) for internal purposes/meetings Problem solve areas of improvement within the sales systems / process Capable of structuring, preparing and presenting well-written and logical documents for management Other ad hoc requests and support as needed Experience in a similar Sales Operations or Financial Analyst role, ideally across multiple services/ product lines Strong experience with sales analytics, financial analysis and/or commission accounting 2 or more years of ecommerce experience is highly preferred Salesforce.com or other CRM solution experience Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint Key Competencies Strong reporting, system, organization and process skills Ability to process complicated and diverse sets of information in order to produce simplified, summary level information Demonstrated strength with quantitative analysis and modeling Effective at developing, presenting and communicating actionable insights and recommendations Creative and innovative in developing recommendations Excellent written, verbal and internal/ external presentation skills.
