Job Description :
The Recreation Therapist is responsible for assessing patient's leisure and recreational activities, providing age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy highly preferred. CTRS and/or license in Specialty Therapy required. One year experience in working with a mental health population highly preferred. Knowledge of group leadership skills, age specific growth and development, crisis and behavior management preferred.
