Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1 for the Philadelphia and South Jersey Area. In this role, you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is various shifts with some required rotational weekends and holidays. Travel is must for this position. This position reports to an General Manager on - site. This is a TEMPORARY POSITION. Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
