About this job

This role fits within the COE team that supports business stakeholders across the enterprise with their analytic needs. You will be responsible for design, development and delivery of analytic solutions. You will collaborate with enterprise initiatives and other internal partners to understand their needs/requirements and build best possible solution.

Essential job functions:

- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to gather and analyze needs and requirements

- Design and develop analytic solutions that fit stakeholders needs in a timely manner (i.e. reports, dashboards, ad-hoc studies)

- Collaborate with IT to transition working prototypes to production project.

- Understand datasets and share knowledge with other teams and act like a SME in certain areas

- Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications To be considered for this highly visible role, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience accessing and manipulating large datasets using SAS and SQL to create semantic layers and data summaries which were used to develop innovative analytic solutions to meet business needs. Candidates also must have the following:

* Healthcare industry experience, preferably working with pharmacy and medical claims data.

* Experience developing dashboards using Tableau and presenting findings to variety of audiences.

* Documenting methodologies and maintaining a data dictionary of automated solutions.

* Experience in descriptive and inferential modeling (e.g.: segmentation, regression, time series).

Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and data sources and act as a SME for certain areas

* Excellent project management skills with ability to work independently

Education Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required. Master degree preferred.
