Restaurant Team Member - Shift Supervisor (Drive-Thru and Front Counter)

Join our growing team! Chick-fil-A of Rocky River hires friendly faces who love to show hospitality and great customer service from the heart. As a Shift Supervisor for the drive-thru and front counter, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen that serves over a thousand guests daily.

We are seeking developing leaders to support the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all team members on achieving service and revenue goals as a team. Supervisors will oversee team members in the development of the business and in the continual pursuit of "Operational Excellence" while creating a positive work culture. Responsible for protecting and building the local business while serving guests and addressing issues/concerns.

Day and night hours both available at this restaurant location.

Qualifications:
* Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
* Previous fast-food experience a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Expert at providing customer service and handling difficult situations
* Great communication skills and some computer skills
* Strategic thinker, goal-oriented with coaching mindset
* Mature and dependable with results focus
* Ensure all team members are in proper uniforms and are placed in proper positions
* Enforce the unit policies and procedures
* Capable of performing all team member, team leader, supervisor and manager responsibilities including opening and closing
* Ensure training program is being executed
* Focus on cleanliness of restaurant, parking lot and landscaping from the customer's perspective
* Perform/Oversee all money duties - counting down registers, performing close of day in the back office and bank deposits.
* Ensure suggestive selling is a key component to driving sales
* Ensure Leaders/Team Members appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in customer recovery
* Ensure transition from lunch day part team to dinner day part team runs smooth and without issue. Work with AM/PM Team Leads to ensure transition is seamless
* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 40lbs.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
* Follow sanitation and safety procedures
* Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
* Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
* Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures

Pay Type: Hourly plus bonuses (competitive)

Position Type: Full-time, 35-40 hrs. a week

Schedule: While schedules are flexible below are the daily shifts that we are looking to fill.

Daylight Position Hours: Evening Position Hours:
- 6AM-2PM - 11AM-7PM
- 8AM-4PM - 2PM-10:45PM
