Crescent Crown Distributing is a Top 15 beer wholesaler in the country selling over 16 million cases annually and we are looking for excited and hungry people to join our Operations team.
Merchandisers get it done at Crescent Crown Distributing and you can be part of the winning team. Each merchandiser is responsible for a group of stores close to their home and must ensure the customers' needs are met on a daily basis. This includes filling shelves, rotating stock (no one wants to buy old beer), building displays, and keeping coolers organized.
If you live in or around the Peoria, Glendale, Cave Creek, Anthem, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Sun City areas, we want to hear from you!
If you are interested here is what you need:
1. Positive attitude
2. Clean driving record (1 moving violation or less)
3. Be 19 or older

If you decide you want to advance within The Organization there are plenty of opportunities. Employees can train for their CDL to be a driver or transfer to Sales and start selling the beer.
Pay:
The pay starts at $13.75 an hour but will increase once you get your own route. Crescent Crown Distributing believes in rewarding excellent customer service with a pay-for-performance system. The average merchandiser earns $16 per hour!
Desired Skills & Experience:
If you have a positive attitude and a clean driving record you will succeed at Crescent Crown Distributing. But there are a few other requirements. You have to have a high school diploma, be drug free, be able to lift 50 pounds and able to work weekends.
