About this job
We are a 24x7 post production facility specializing in online editorial, tape and file based mastering and quality control. Currently, we are looking to fill a IN HOUSE full time Python/Web developer position for our mission critical in-house Browser Based application. We desire motivated individuals who have strong work ethics with a desire to grow and learn.
Proficient with the following technologies:
* Python, Javascript, PHP, HTML 5
* Basic Linux administration (vi, scripting, file system administration, etc.)
* Postgress / MySQL database administration
* SAN / NFS basics
* Apache 2.x (LAMP)
* The following are preferred:
* Experience with Southpaw Tactic
* Experience with Mac / Windows operation systems
* Skills with MS Office
This position operates under normal business hours with occasional overtime for scheduled and un-scheduled migration/disaster recovery events and MUST WORK ONSITE !!!! The rate for this position is based on experience. Please send your resume and cover letter in PDF format.
