Front Office Manager

Major Function: Overall responsibility for supervising all associates, supervisors, and managers for the front desk, bell staff/driver, concierge lounge, guest relations, and “At Your Service” teams to ensure total guest satisfaction.  Must provide guidance and direction to all associates to ensure they are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures, and regulations.
