Sr Analyst/Project Superintendents are responsible for the overall management of the service provider experience and program integrity. Ensures that clients receive highest level of customer service by managing the service provider partnership through the utilization of internal and external resources such as field management, compliance, state or local agencies and store product fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining installer capacity and quality installations, management of all installation functions and job processes to ensure that jobs are completed on a timely basis, to the satisfaction of the customer. Recruiting, hiring, training and management of Service Providers to execute projects in an assigned territory or product. Resolution of escalated customer affairs issues or other customer service issues.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
- Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates
- Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis
- develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization
- Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize
- Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.
- Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors

NATURE AND SCOPE -
- Department Service
-Typically reports to the Senior Manager Services Operations
- No associate report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
  • Must be eighteen years of age
  • Must pass the Drug Test
  • Must pass the Background Check
  • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable
EDUCATION REQUIRED - The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 03

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS - Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
-5 years of work experience if preferred
-Strong Operations, Services and/or field knowledge
-Strong Communication Skills, verbal and written
-Experience with residential remodeling
-Management experience with third party vendors
-Knowledge skills abilities typically required through a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree of study related to the job
