You:
As a Restaurant Manager you are committed to scheduling work hours, completing truck orders, assisting the General Manager in the financials, operations and employee development. You always aim high and it reflects in the way you directly supervise your team members.


As a Restaurant Manager you will:

• Increase sales, profitability, and employee retention
• Report to the General manager
• Ensure company standards on equipment, facility and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
• Motivate, coach, and direct team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings

To do this job well, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality industry.
• Your A-list management skills and approachable persona to the table to keep your team members humming
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
