We are seeking a Technical Recruiter on the Human Resources team that will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates for the Research & Development and Operations teams. This role will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of candidate through networking, direct sourcing, internet mining and utilizing applicant tracking tools. This role will work directly with hiring managers, recruiters and candidates to create an excellent candidate experience and interpret the organization's recruiting strategy to execute plans to meet staffing needs.
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment, as well as have demonstrated examples of self-motivation, initiative, ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent follow-through skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate qualifications to determine staffing needs
* Understand and support diversity, equal opportunity goals and objectives
* Creatively source for open roles using multiple channels to recruit candidates, such as universities, association events, social media, industry meetings, job fairs and employee referrals
* Proactively build relationships with potential candidates to create a robust pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs
* Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system, understand the candidate flow process, and the importance of metrics and compliance
* Promote the employer branding strategy by using social media to advertise opportunities
* Perform other related duties and special projects to support the HR team
