Employee Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Operations within the Global Compliance Operations Team consists of Compliance Operations functions supporting Personal Account Dealing, Licensing and Registration, Code of Conduct, Regulatory Reporting, and Customer Complaints.
Compliance Operations function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture by creating and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies measures and monitors adherence with applicable laws, regulations and rules governing our business globally. Compliance teams work closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risk and, monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment.
The company's responsibilities related to Anti-Money Laundering span every business, function and region - and apply to every customer and client of the firm. The AML/Sanctions Consent Order requires that JPMorgan Chase make specific process and system improvements - on top of more immediate procedural changes - and drive greater consistency in its approach to AML across the company.

Roles and Responsibilities
Outlined below are samples of opportunities offered by our program, designed to increase your understanding of global finance and develop you into an active contributor to the firm.
Primary responsibilities include:
Work with staff to identify and action financial transactions that breach firm policy
Work with staff to follow-up with employees that fail to disclose or certify accounts in a timely fashion
Work with employees to properly resolve disclosed accounts that are not with approved brokers
Work on ad hoc projects associated with Personal Account Dealing issues as needed
Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program or graduate program with at least one year of undergraduate studies completed
Interest in Human resources preferred
Strong PC skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and trends using both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Able to synthesize information and present in written/verbal format
Manage time efficiently and prioritize deliverables while remaining proactive and flexible in style
