Production Worker

The company manufactures gaskets and O-rings as well as other secondary agricultural engine parts. Their main customer is Toro and they make the gaskets that they use for their snow blowers and plows.


The employee will be started in the packaging or die stamping area. They will be required to stand and there feet all day and either punch out stamped gasket materials or package them. Then they will be expected to properly pack the product in boxes and stack them neatly on pallets for the shipping and receiving department to handle.

This position is a great opportunity for somebody who wants an entry level position in the manufacturing sector. This is a growing company that is looking to promote workers quickly. In fact, a large percentage of the office staff started in the production area.

1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

2nd shift: 3:30pm-12:00am

They do offer overtime on the weekends and occasionally mandate one hour of overtime per day during the week.
