This position is a critical support role for the Chief Business Operations
Officer and reports directly to the Business Operations Chief of Staff. They will need to be able to work under
pressure, delivery quality work quickly, and be available as needed.



 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Gather, interpret and
    synthesize data and create reports for management distribution.
  • Assist with business
    plan and capital plan creation process.
  • Analytical support
    for product development prioritization process.
  • Create PowerPoint
    presentations for senior leadership to use both internally and externally.
  • Plan and prepare for
    large leadership meetings.
  • Support senior leadership
    in data gathering as needed.
  • Strong analytical,
    organizational and people skills are a must.
  • Must be able to think
    creatively and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Demonstrated ability
    to manage and prioritize deliverables.
  • Proven organizational
    skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years of
    experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Finance, Marketing, Analytical
    or Project Management experience within a matrix organization.
  • Database experience.
