About this job
We are seeking a paint prep Candidate whose daily responsibilities are to help pull dents, straighten panels, sanding/grinding, repair fiberglass, mud work, filler repair, aluminum and plastic trim pieces and perform overall general duties to assist the other workers. they will be doing final prep before the trucks enter the paint booth. This position is open due to growth.
Must haves:
3+ years of heavy collision repair specific to fiberglass and mud work.
Must have fiberglass experience
a degree in auto body or collision repair preferred but not required
Must be ok with performing a variety of duties and assist in all areas as needed
