Currently seeking 8 Customer Service Representatives for a call center located in Downtown Seattle to start Tuesday, May 26th. Open to all levels of customer service, call center experience not required. Great position to get into an office setting.
Requirements:
Customer first mentality
Must have experience and confidence with MS Office
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
Must be able to navigate through a computer/internet, moving through multiple screens
Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications and maintain composure under pressure
Looking for candidates who are available for a start time between 5-7am or 1-3pm.
