Join the Community Banking Operational Risk Management team as an Info Security Consultant 3 (ISC 3) that will provide consultation to Community Banking business lines for security risk assessment and analysis, remediation strategies, security-related training, and issue/incident response. This team is accountable to ensure that Community Banking complies with corporate information security policy and standards. The position will report to the Scott Davis ISC Team Lead for Community Banking Risk Management.

This position will also provide information security consultation for the following: Improving awareness of, and compliance with, Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards; remediation of security assessment review issues; and ad hoc analysis and reporting to support information security risk management. Provides guidance to identify and mitigate information security risks. Provides direction and expertise in reconciling information asset portfolios with Enterprise risk and assessment tools. Position may conduct annual certifications for assigned Asset portfolio and review results to develop follow up action plans. Aggregates and analyzes information security risk exposure and trending data for Asset portfolio to support LOB and Enterprise reporting, as applicable. Evaluates and interprets internal and Enterprise information security policies, processes and standards, and may provide recommendations to improve them. May plan, support or conduct information security risk assessments.

Preferred Locations : Phoenix, Winston Salem, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, or Portland. Any location within the domestic United States may be considered depending on applicant experience.

Travel: 10% travel may be required however is not expected.

3+ years experience in information technology security. 5 years Direct IT discipline experience Knowledge of Information Security to identify and understand gaps and work on potential solutions, process Understanding of Information Security practices and policies Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Professional level of etiquette in high pressure situations Demonstrated customer focus and proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a team General understanding of and demonstrated experience with Enterprise Information Security practices and policies Familiarity with SPARC, NIST, ISO and FFIEC frameworks Demonstrated business acumen -- ability to quickly learn the LOB and the business functions within the LOB Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to effectively resolve conflicting priorities Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with minimal direction Proven ability to explain complex IT concepts in non-technical terms
