SHIFT: 8HOUR, Varied EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Seasonal/Casual/OnCall/Supplemental HRS PER PAY PERIOD: 16 JOB ID: 1500013993
The Home Care RN provides and/or supervises skilled nursing care services to patients in the home as directed by physicians.
REQUIREMENTS:
Current California RN licensure
1 year experience as an RN in an acute care setting in past 3 years (If no prior Home Care experience)
1 year experience in Home Care/Hospice within past 2 years, plus history of 1 year acute care
PREFERENCES:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree
PHN
