The CTICU
DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is a
dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding
career. We play a critical role within
the Cardiac and Thoracic Service Line of Excellence supporting its "Norton
Thoracic Institute", the only stand-alone lung transplant center in the
Nation. Committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction, our CTICU unit
is a dedicated 24 bed unit that supports St. Joseph's adult cardiac, vascular
and thoracic post surgical patients. It features 12-hour shifts, self-scheduling,
and has a nurse to patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:1. The CTICU is fast paced with
many learning and educational opportunities available.
Located in
Phoenix, Az, this position is critical
to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full
understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity
Health.
Dignity Health has made the conscious decision to
implement solutions that will improve patient care outcomes and nursing
competencies. As a result, all candidates considered for this position will be
required to take a Math assessment during our application and interviewing process
in addition to providing up to two professional references. Please be

MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of
an accredited school of nursing.
AZ RN license
or RN License from a Compact State.
