Key responsibilities include:
* Priovides direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treats each person with respect and dignity, recongnizes individual needs, and encourages indendence.
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
* Observing and recording changes in residents' eating habits, and reporting such occurrences to supervisor
* Fostering a home-like environment throughout the community by encouraging activity participation and independence, and providing emotional support

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* CNA or HCA License preferred, but not required
* WIlling to train right candidate
* Must be willing to work with Alzheimer's and Dementia patients
* Current First Aide/CPR and Food Hander's Card Preferred
* Compassionate and caring
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must be willing to work rotating 4 on 2 off schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
