This position will provide FP&A support for Optum - Complex Population Management.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Develop, perform, and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures

  • Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan,forecast an budget

  • Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

  • Work closely with the business to provide reporting to assist improvement in profitability and cost efficiencies including FTE reporting

  • Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders

Requirements


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field

  • 1+ years of finance and/or accounting experience

  • Intermediate MS Excel – including pivot tables, lookups etc

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Hyperion Essbase

  • Forecasting and budgeting experience

  • Financial report development
