Shoes of Prey are now available at Nordstrom and we are looking for passionate and energetic sales people to drive results for the Shoes of Prey brand. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and has a strong interest in the business of retail. Responsibilities
  • Set and achieve Shoes of Prey sales goals while supporting the goals of the greater shoe department.
  • Approach and engage with customers in a friendly, fun and supportive way.
  • Provide an exceptional shoe fitting experience, which includes measuring for size and suggesting fashion looks based on current trends and customer feedback.
  • Educate customers and the team on the Shoes of Prey brand history and products.
  • Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer and the team.
  • Assist customers in designing beautiful shoes.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events.
  • Work with department manager to ensure merchandising and presentation meet the brand’s image standards.
  • Open new Nordstrom RewardsTM accounts as a means of building customer relationships.
  • Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.


Qualifications
  • High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Passion for providing incredible customer experience.
  • Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Product knowledge and enthusiasm for fashion.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
