Overview:
Live Chat Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providingcustomers with outstanding customer service via Live Chat.
Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to Customer Service inquiries via Live Chat functionality.
- Research and resolve inquiries via the credit systems and other media to respond to customer requests.
- Perform financial adjustments including, but not limited to, transferring purchases, returns, refunding fees and applying credits.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, mail, live chat and e-mail regarding salesfrom macys.com, bloomingdales.com, and The WeddingChannel.com.
- Assist with other department functions as needed.
Skills Summary:
- High school diploma or general educationdiploma (GED) required.
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.
- Must have excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Must have excellent problem solving, analytical,and decision-making skills.
- Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required.
