Overview:

Live Chat Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providingcustomers with outstanding customer service via Live Chat.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond to Customer Service inquiries via Live Chat functionality.
  • Research and resolve inquiries via the credit systems and other media to respond to customer requests.
  • Perform financial adjustments including, but not limited to, transferring purchases, returns, refunding fees and applying credits.
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, mail, live chat and e-mail regarding salesfrom macys.com, bloomingdales.com, and The WeddingChannel.com.
  • Assist with other department functions as needed.

Skills Summary:
  • High school diploma or general educationdiploma (GED) required.
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Must have excellent problem solving, analytical,and decision-making skills.
  • Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required.
