Job Duties:
Candidate will be responsible for directly supervising the 6-8 person operation. They will be required to know how to write SOP's and processes from scratch. They will also be responsible for scheduling and delegating resources for efficient production.
To be qualified a candidate needs to be proficient in all aspects of injection mold. They are loooking for somebody that has done set ups and troubleshooting on presses and is ready to lead a production team.
