About this job
This role will provide general administrative support to the Corporate Supply Chain & Operations organization. Essential Responsibilities Provide general office administrative services for multiple executives including calendar management, telephone coverage, mail & fax processing & distribution, file set-up & management, ordering office supplies & equipment
Process Travel and Living expenses as directed
Coordinate numerous conference calls, Telepresence, and/or video conferencing
Schedule, plan & organize all logistical details for internal & external meetings, including off-site meetings and special event planning
Develop PowerPoint presentations, charts, reports or other types for correspondence needed.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (version 2010)
Assist in completing the onboarding for new staff hires (arrange for cell phones, corporate
cards, VPN, laptops, etc.)
Work on special projects as directed
Work with other member of the corporate administrative teams to form cohesive environment
Coordinate of rigorous travel for Senior management (visas, invitation letters, car service, etc.)
Supports corporate 6 Sigma: Master Black Belt & Black Belt Certifications Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience providing administrative support to an executive staff
Minimum 3 years of experience working with PowerPoint, including the demonstrated ability to
build clear, creative, highly effective presentations based on hand-drawn graphics and verbally
communicated concepts Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. Prior experience of arranging international travel and providing support to team members
while traveling

Must be flexible and adaptable to change in the working environment and able to deal with the
unexpected
