CD One Price Cleaners is looking for an Assistant Manager - Production to oversee state of the art dry cleaning equipment and operations. With excellent management skills and mechanical aptitude, the right candidate will be someone who is experienced in the oversight of production personnel (manufacturing, food service, etc.) You will be in charge of leading a team and ensuring that best practices and safety protocol are followed at all times. Some mornings will start as early as 5 a.m.; consequently you will be able to leave work in the early afternoon. Working in a pristine facility with a computer controlled production line, you will work with a company that is revolutionizing its industry.

Ideal candidate has supervisory experience in the fast or casual food industry.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Schedules and ensures proper utilization of organization's facilities and personnel for production
Performs work within company guidelines
Consults with store manager to determine most efficient methods to minimize labor variance and maintain quality
Focuses on quality, productivity, and maintenance equipment
Capable of properly performing the duties of every team member in production as outlined in the Certification Guidelines
Effectively coaches team members to achieve certification
Leads and directs the work of others
Reports to store manager

REQUIREMENTS:
Two years college or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1 year managerial experience in manufacturing/production setting
Performs a variety of tasks and teaches others how to perform those equally well
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
Spanish language skills are a plus
