Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

This position will be a key contributor within the HR Shared Services Health and Welfare team with a primary focus on the Survivor Support function and related service delivery. Additionally this resource will provide support to the Educational Assistance and Adoption Programs. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for all assigned functions, perform data analysis including reporting and case management deliverables to ensure the highest level of colleague and stakeholder service delivery satisfaction is provided. Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years general HR and / or Health and Welfare plan support experience

- Working knowledge of health and welfare plan compliance, laws and regulations (ERISA, DOL, IRS)

- Ability to perform cross functional tasks involving HR/Payroll, Health and Welfare, Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Stock Purchase Plans

- Ability to maintain colleague and particpant PHI and PII in accordance with Corporate policies Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven analytical and mathematical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

- Proven self-starter with the ability to implement process improvements and flexibility to adjust to changing HR work environment

- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Access a plus

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a team player

- Excellent client service skills

- Excellent PC skills, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database software

- Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Business Overview:
