Provides superior customer service. Assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in supervising all store personnel in accordance with company policies and standards. Responsible for the overall operations of the store and leading the Night crew stocking team. Oversees stocking shelves within the grocery, frozen food
and dairy sections of the store and maintains a clean work area. Observe company's safety rules and sanitation standards. Properly store back stock in backroom. Maintain an economic quantity of inventory on hand. Examine displays and shelves to identify which items need to be replenished. Insure all signs and tags are in
place. Monitor stocker and facer productivity. Meet pre -set goals for department in areas of labor - sales and productivity. Must have specific knowledge of total store operation and full knowledge of stockers duties and responsibilities. Performs other duties as required.
