Together with 24-7 Intouch, we are currently seeking passionate Financial Customer Service Representatives for a Reputed Banking/Investment Firm who want to be part of this explosive growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem solving by responding to all inbound calls
- Assist customers with new and existing accounts, website navigation, and account billing
- Be an active listener who can show empathy and patience in a non-scripted environment
- Communicate information to a variety of non-technical and technical customers
- Resolve customer inquiries
- Work in a fast paced, high volume, changing environment
- Learn and strives to gain new knowledge about product and service changes

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Stellar attendance and punctuality are a must
- Financial Background: Experience and/or Educational background a must.
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience preferred
- Ability to receive and implement ongoing feedback / coaching
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills
- Strong computer application skills
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Must be results oriented
- Motivated to be a consistent performer
