As a Client Relations Representative with us, you will:
* Act as the face of Signazon.com and provide an amazing experience to every Client, every time.
* Work with Clients to assist as needed throughout their purchase while suggesting products and services to enhance their experience
* Work one-on-one with Clients to confirm files, addresses, deadlines, and assist with all order related questions via phone, e-mail, and live chat.
* Proactively monitor Client satisfaction through outbound calling and/or surveying customers
* Support sales initiatives by utilizing a consultative selling process to match the best product to the Client needs
* Add your own personal touch in carefully assisting clients with any issues
* Receive tools to be the best Client Relations Representative by immersing yourself into everything Signazon: learn our product, processes, procedures, and more!
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Personality: Positive, cheerful attitude that is highly motivated and energetic- especially over the phone.
* Skills: Polished communication (both written and oral), strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, expert multitasker, typing speed above 50 WPM. Ability to identify needs.
* Experience: 3+ yearsaEURTM experience in a retail store or equivalent, experience working in high volume environments, background displaying a strong work ethic. Knowledge and interest in graphic design is a huge plus!
