About this job

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer phone, route calls and take messages
Filing/ Organizing
Set up customer job and work order
Make invoice using QuickBooks
Receives and Distributes mail
make copies, scan and fax documents
Follow direction given by management either written or verbal
Maintain records: filing, retrieval, compilation and updating
calling customer AP departments to make payments
complete all assigned duties
maintain clean work environment



REQUIREMENT:

Computer skills
Good phone skills
knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
Must be organized and attention to details
Ability to multi-task
Trainable
Serious minded and get work done.
