New CityWalk Restaurant - NBC Sports Grill & Brew - Tipped Bussers at Universal Orlando are responsible for:

• Setting tables according to established standards and clearing tables as required.
• Removing dirty dishes from table, gathering all soiled tableware to dish room, cleaning and resetting table according to service standards.
• Assisting wait staff in the service of food and/or beverages to guests.                                     
• Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

To perform the role of a Tipped Busser successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Consistent attendance and punctuality is a job requirement.
• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Six months bussing experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences in English. 
• Ability to write simple correspondence. 
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals with the ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. 
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of a Tipped Busser job.

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:

• Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) stand; walk; use hands and fingers to, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally (1/3 of the time or less) stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include peripheral vision and depth perception.

The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of a Tipped Busser job.

While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:

• Frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals; work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Be exposed to a loud work environment.
