Position: Test Operator
Location: Cheswick
Pay: $10.00/Hour
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shifts: 6 am to 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm to 11 pm.
Benefits: After Probationary Period.
Job Responsibilities
• These are just some of the duties you would be responsible for. Additional work may be given depending on the work load.
• Performs basic operation of (ATE) Automated Test Equipment.
• Record test data and determine pass/fail results.
• Help change and clarify manufacturing instructions used in the printed circuit board (PCB) assembly process.
• As experience allows, help eliminate technical issues with PCB assembly functionality and assembly issues.
• May be required to perform minor assembly tasks as needed.
• Ability to read and understand all assembly drawings, bills of materials (BOMs) and SMT machine manuals.
• Set up and operate all SMT equipment.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on SMT equipment; as well as maintain equipment logs for all department machinery.
• Responsible for accurately recording data in Units Complete, Daily Labor, and Defect Database logs
• Perform basic rework on printed circuit boards as deemed necessary.
• Comply with all established policies and procedures.
• Works independently, and provides feedback on any problems/issues that may impact operations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Performs other related activities as directed by supervision.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
