Ocala Health will maintain a Nursing Premium Float Pool of registered nurses to assist in supporting staffing needs within the facility. The Nursing Float Pool will include Registered Nurses with clinical skills and competencies for multiple areas of the hospital.
The hourly rate for this position is $37 per hour .
Must commit to six 12 hour shifts per 4 week schedule; or
Nine 8 hour shifts per 4 week schedule (for procedural areas only)
Will be required to work:
2 Shifts per schedule as a Weekend Shift
1 Summer/Fall Holiday
1 Winter Holiday
Location of shift could either be at Ocala Regional or West Marion
* Surgical Services -- 4 Call shifts of which 2 must be a Sat & Sun, 1 Summer/Fall Holiday, 1 Winter Holiday, Location at Ocala Regional or West Marion
Maintain a current RN license in the state of Florida
Maintain current certification requirements for each area assigned
Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting required
Acute care hospital experience must be within the last three (3) years
