We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a world class service experience that inspires loyalty while exceeding client expectations for
industry payroll knowledge, empathy, and professionalism - Assume personal accountability for resolution of escalated client inquiries to resolution or further
dispatched to another company service entity. - Share voice of the client feedback appropriately to ensure all area of the organization benefit from
actionable initiatives that influence product functionality, improve tax and banking relationship for clients,
drive business decisions, and inspire continued growth of the SBS Partner program. - Provide on-going client education for payroll process while highlighting system capabilities to
maximize client value. - Communicate effectively and efficiently in a fast paced team environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years' call center and customer support experience
- Advanced Excel & Outlook proficiency.
- Ability to talk and type in a fast-paced environment a must.
- Siebel ticketing system experience preferred.
- Enthusiasm for delivering a world class client experience.
- Minimum of 6-months prior experience in customer facing role or call center.
- Accounting or banking knowledge and experience preferred.
- Effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner.
