Qualifications:
The Account Opening and Maintenance SOSS2 will support customer service inquiries by phone. In addition, the selected candidate will perform a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems. Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquires; resolving customer complaints; reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents; revising departmental procedures. Coordinates situations that involve other departments. Has moderate customer contact; works under moderate to minimal supervision. This is a servicing/call center role.
The Account Opening and Maintenance SOSS2 role will be located at Wells Fargo Advisors Corporate Headquarters in St. Louis, MO.
Work Schedule: 3 month rotations, supporting 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm.
1.5+ years customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center experience. Excellent communications skills, strong attention to detail, and strong technical skills. 1+ year(s) of Financial Services and/or Operations experience Demonstrated ability to provide accurate information by phone; ensuring understanding and fulfilling client needs Proven history of strong performance; demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed service level expectations in current and previous roles 1+ year(s) experience leveraging Beta and Smart Station 1+ year(s) of full service brokerage experience Proven ability to resolve customer related issues 1+ year(s) of experience working within a call center environment
