Retail Manager 1

Retail Manager 1 opportunity in Corporate Services in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The Retail Manager will oversee one of the premier private member clubs in the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport. This is a hands on position where the manager will be required to work 3-4 bar shifts per week. Bartending experience is strongly preferred. This position will manage a staff of 10 employees, including all scheduling and training. The Retail Manager must have strong customer service skills and be proactive in meeting our customers' needs. Schedule flexibility is required. Servsafe and TIPS certification strongly preferred.

Position Summary

Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. May supervise less than two full time employees.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
