Full-time management positions available in our retail stores along Gulf Shores & Orange Beach!
Job Description:
The duties of this position include: operating retail store during business hours, issuing tasks to subordinates, managing a staff of between 16 to 30 employees, receiving deliveries, working with vendors, handling customer service issues, managing registers, handling money/deposits, loss prevention, opening and closing the store, and other tasks as needed.
This is a full-time position with a minimum work week of 48 hours. You must be available to work any/all holidays and weekends.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
Retail experience is a strong plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with inventory, scheduling, receiving, & customer service
Preference given to those with experience using RetailPro
