Interview Logistics Coordinator needed for a Full Time employment opportunity supporting Yoh RPO’s client located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Organizing and coordinating the scheduling process for the client
• Coordinating travel and logistics for onsite interviews as needed
• Maintaining compliance to company and federal requirements in relation to the interview scheduling process
• Working with the internal team and the client to improve current interview scheduling processes
• Processing candidate expense reimbursements
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
• HS Diploma with HR related experience or Administrative Assistant experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources or Administrative field
• Outstanding customer service and resolution capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
• Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling
